Has over two decades of professional experience in Real Estate sector managing revenue and profitability, investor relations, debt control as well as different facets of business, including product planning, marketing, operations management and business development. He was last associated with Mantri Developers as CFO and earlier to that with Sobha Developers where he has managed various leadership roles within the organization as the head of the Profit Centre, Sales, Marketing and CRM departments. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant & Cost Accountant. He holds all India rank in the exams conducted by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India.
Vamsi Sai

A seasoned Real Estate professional with over 15 years of experience, He comes with a demonstrated history in Strategic and Financial Management. He is passionate about transforming ideas into sustainable businesses.
His focus is on creating sustainable value for the stakeholders. Having worked across various business verticals of the Group including Real Estate, Hospitality, and Agriculture, Vamsi brings in a unique perspective and strategic vision at Ozone Group. He has over a decade of experience with Ozone Group, which evolved from a finance and Investor management role to a strategy and investment management role before rising in ranks to be promoted as Chief Operating Officer.
Before joining the Ozone Group, he worked with a boutique Investment Banking in India. Prior to that, he co-founded, ran, and sold an Operations and Strategy Consulting firm in Toronto. He graduated with a master’s in business administration with a focus in Finance and Strategy from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Ontario, and has an Engineering Degree from VTU, Karnataka.

He has over 24 years experience in Construction, Project Execution, Property & LandAcquisition, Project Development & Management, Technical due diligence, Market Research,Property& Facility Management, P&L, Operations, Finance Management, Customer Services and Strategic Management.
He has completed Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech Civil Engineering) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University (JNTU),Hyderabad and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institution of Engineers, Calcutta. Completed Diploma in Civil Engineering from State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Hyderabad.
He has worked in organizations including Ascendas ServicesIndia Pvt. Ltd., M/S Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology, M/s Dharti Dredging and Construction Limited and M/s. Bhartiya Group.
Prakasam Jagan

He has completed Bachelor of Engineering (B.E Civil Engineering) from Madurai Kamaraj University, Master of Engineering (M.E Structure) from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna university, Chennai and MBA (Operation management) from Hindustan Institute of Technology, Chennai.
He has earlier worked with Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd and Brooke fields.
